This device is an Electrically Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM). It
has a size of 4Mbit, organized as 524288 Words by 8 Bit (WORD). The
Memory cells can be selected by 19 address lines and then switched to the data
outputs D0-D7.
Our EPROMs are used, but tested and erased. They are from different
manufacturers, but depending upon availability we consider your special
needs (type, access time, manufacturer… ). We also offer a programming Service
for EPROMs
