This device is an Electrically Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM). It
has a size of 1Mbit, organized as 131072
Words by 8 Bit (WORD). The
Memory cells can be selected by 17 address lines and then switched to the data
outputs D0-D7 with OUTPUT ENABLE (/E). Before that the EPROM must be activated
with CHIP ENABLE (/G).
This device (NEC271000, HN27C301, Fujitsu 27C000 oder
Toshiba 571001) has a different pinout from the usual JEDEC Eproms and is
compatible with the 231024 1MBit Mask ROMs.
Our EPROMs are used, but tested and erased. They are from different
manufacturers, but depending upon availability we consider your special
needs (type, access time, manufacturer… ). We also offer a programming Service
