82S129 1K-bit TTL bipolar PROM
The 82S129 is a one-time programmable device with a size of 1K Bit with 8 Address inputs and 4 Tri-State Outputs (32x32 Matrix). These PROMs are often used in older Arcade PCBs, usually as Color PROM or Address decoder
The 82S129 is compatible with the following PROMs:
  • Fujitsu 7052
  • AMD 27S21
  • NMI 6301 & 63S141
  • National 74S287
  • Texas Instr. 24S21
  • Harris 7611

PROMs can be programmed with the Data I/O 29B, for an extra charge we can ship the PROMs programmed from your Image.
