82S126 1K-bit TTL bipolar PROM
The 82S126 is a one-time programmable device with a size of 1K Bit with 8 Address inputs and 4 Open-Collector Outputs ( 32x32 Matrix ). These PROMs are often used in older Arcade PCBs, usually as Color PROM or Address decoder
The 82S126 is compatible with the following PROMs:
  • Fujitsu 7057
  • AMD 27S20
  • NMI 6300 and 63S140
  • National 74S387
  • Texas Instr. 24SA10
  • Harris 7610

PROMs can be programmed with the Data I/O 29B, for an extra charge we can ship the PROMs programmed from your Image.
