82S123 256-bit TTL bipolar PROM
The 82S123 is a one-time programmable device with a size of 256 Bit with 4 Address inputs and 8 3-State Outputs ( 8x32 Matrix ). These PROMs are often used in older Arcade PCBs, usually as Color PROM or Address decoder
The 82S123 is compatible with the following PROMs:
