This device is an Electrically Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM). It
has a size of 4Mbit, organized as 262144 Words by 16 Bit (DWORD). This EPROM Typoe can be used to replace NON-JEDEC 4Mbit Mask ROMs like used by Capcom or within Ataris Amiga.
Our EPROMs are used, but tested and erased. They are from different
manufacturers, but depending upon availability we consider your special
needs (type, access time, manufacturer). We also offer a programming Service
for EPROMs
