2532 EPROM

This device is an Electrically Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM). It has a size of 32 Kbit, organized as 4096 Words by 8 Bit. The Memory
cells can be selected by 12 address lines (A0-A11) and then switched to the data outputs
D0-D7 with OUTPUT ENABLE (/OE). Before that the EPROM must be activated with
CHIP SELECT (/CS).
Memory contents
can be cleared by ultraviolet light, therefore EPROMs have a transparent opening
that is taped over with a Label after programming.
Erased EPROMs can be reprogrammed with an EPROM programmer. This EPROM is Pin-compatible
with a 2732 EPROM.
Our EPROMs are used, but tested and erased. They are from different
manufacturers, but depending upon availability we consider your special
needs (type, access time, manufacturer… ). We also offer a programming Service
