Fluke probe
This probe is used in conjunction with the 9010 mainframe tester to troubleshooting PCBs.
This can be done both through stimulation of the assemblies and by reading of signatures. The probe housing contains two LEDs (red / green), that indicate logical states and events.
- Stimuli functions include the generation of high-or low pulses
- Data aquisition functions include reading of logical states, event counters and signature calculations
